We want you to love your skin and your Q+A products, but if something isn't quite right, we offer 30-day returns on all orders. Please ensure items are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a dedicated return authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your Q+A items in their original box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
